Endoparasites Include:
• Tapeworms
• Malarial Parasites
Parasitoidism
Parasites which an insect
LAYS EGS ON OR IN A
LIVING HOST
Parsitoid
• Much like a parasite (living off of host)
– Although it eventually kills the host
• Usually affects a certain stage of life in the
host
Parasitoidism Includes:
• Usually includes small
wasps
Differences between
the three types:
• Ectoparasites: OUTSIDE
• Endoparasites: INSIDE
• Parasitoidism: LAYS EGGS
