Community Futures Lending
Know & Grow your Coaching Style
•Community Futures staff
members in the four core
positions are often
required to delivery
training and/or coaching
needs for communities,
which could entail
assisting a local group in
seeking funding or
facilitating a strategic
planning session.
•This two (2) day
training course targets
CF staff and is well
suited to CF board
members; especially
those board members
participating on the
Community Future’s
Investment Review or
Loan Committee.
•The course walks
participants through the
uniqueness and process
of being a developmental
lender.
