SERVFL Faxing
For faxing, the message section of the notification
does print last. We recommend that you create a
cover sheet as first page of attachment to print first.
Then you can add your contact information.

Sender E-mail display
Contact cycle to 1
Voice mail preference: No Message
Deselect Confirm

• You will either select “New Notification” to create a Notification Template
• Or you will select a “Notification Template” that has been created

You can add additional Groups or Rules to the Notification Template.

Attach Files:
• Attach a Cover Sheet that includes your contact information
• Attach your documents that you need to Fax to your Local Partners and or
Key Contacts.
• The Body of the message will be included in the Fax Notification.

• Successful Transmission – Fax was successfully delivered to recipient fax
machine
• Not Connected – Line Busy – Fas was not delivered after 3 unsuccessful
attempts with end result of Line Busy
• Not Connected – Call Timeout – Fax was not delivered – No ringback was
detected
• Not Connected – No Answer – Fax was not delivered – Ringback was
detected, but call party fax did not connect (answer) the call
• Not Connected – No Fax Machine – Fax was not delivered – Fax was not
detected on the receiving end.
• Not Connected – Member Hung Up – Fax was not delivered – Disconnect
occurred at some point during transmission
• Not Connected – Restricted Number – Fax was not delivered – Number
not dialed due to restriction (contained restricted dialing string)
• No Data Available – Unknown Error – Please call Client Care
