If you submit data from a cell with a formula in it, the cell remains dirty. If you hit submit again, your numbers will
change and usually NOT for the better (unless you are doing interpolation).

After submitting data, you must go to the appropriate form in the web client and click “save”. Rules run on save.
Alternately, you could open the form in Smartview (you will have to toggle between Essbase and Planning
connections) and save from there.
