A new fund hierarchy was implemented for November business. The fund hierarchy has
been implemented to align the Hospital and Medical School funds. UMHS Forecast has
also been updated to reflect the new fund hierarchy. UMHS Data Mart will be aligned in
the future. The Medical School alternate hierarchy will be retired as of June 30, 2014.
The following updates have been made to the Executive Dashboard in the UMHS Data Mart:
o Removed the General Allocation file from Executive Reporting dashboard
o Removed Institutional Financial Reporting from Executive Reporting dashboard
o Removed HHQ Room Matrix from Charges & Usage dashboard
o Removed Legacy HHQ CDM Lookup from Charges Usage dashboard
For users who have been upgraded to Windows 7, you will need to reconfigure your
Smart View connections. We have provided steps for the reconfiguration on the
Financial Systems website;
