Chinmaya International Foundation is
One of the last project undertaken by
Pujya Gurudev Swami Chinmayanandaji during his
lifetime
housed at Adi Sankara Nilayam, the birth home of Sri
Adi Sankara
set in Kerala’s lush green and sylan beauty midst sacred
shrines and water ponds
located in an ambience that is at once academic and
spiritual
“CIF stands as a bridge between the East and the West,
Past and Present, science and spirituality and the pundit

One of the four premier Sanskrit Research Institutions
of India that has been accorded the recognition of
Shodha Sansthan or Centre for Excellence in Sanskrit
Research by the Govt. of India
Affiliated to Mahatma Gandhi University as a Research
Centre. Thus students can do their PhD in Sanskrit and
allied subjects.

At any point of time there are about 2000 students on CIF rolls who
are doing these courses. The Fourth Batch of CPS is now open for
registration.

CIF has organized 5 Bharat Darshan trips of one month
duration aimed at giving a glimpse of the Indian
heritage, culture and traditional knowledge systems to
youngsters from universities abroad.
