Overview
Connector is a subscription-based, hosted service
– Price is $20 per month per QuickBooks database
 Most companies only maintain one database
– One-time setup fee of $75
 Includes a 30 to 45 minute installation and training session
What Does The Connector Do?
 Transfer job and shift time to QuickBooks timesheet
 Track times to specific tasks (for job costing)
 Calculate overtime
 Dispatch jobs, with associated QuickBooks customer
 Payroll review/edit cycle for managers
 Assign job time in QuickBooks so it can be used for invoicing

Payroll item is an object that QB uses for
payroll calculations and reporting, such as:

What is NOT available out-of-the-box?
Examples of features not supported:
– Does not transfer unit-based data from FlexFields into QuickBooks fields (e.g.
qty, dollars, etc)
– Does not automatically create an invoice
