4. Master’s thesis
• Individual master thesis. 15 ECTS.
• Original work in any MAREB-related field.
• You are responsible for choosing your topic
and finding a supervisor.
• Think about it from the beginning, but don’t
rush.
• Two deadlines: July and September
• Presentation and defence one week later.
Asessment
• Each subject within a module will be assessed
independently (exams, exercises, essays, class
participation).
• The module mark will be computed as an
average.
• The master’s thesis will be assessed by a
committee
• All modules’ marks need to be higher than 5 (out
of 10).
• No retake exams.
Registration
• October 9th, 2014. 10 to 13h.
• Check the documentation required.
• You have to decide which MAREB
specialisation you will follow:
– Entrepreneurship & SME management
– Applied Economics
