This programme provides a tailored
individual development programme
and focuses on personal leadership,
culture and strategy and political
leadership and the changing face of
the Public Sector.
ILM 5 Leadership &
Management Certificate
This programme covers areas such as:
understanding the management role;
leadership capability and performance
critical thinking; innovation and
change; developing and leading teams
ILM 2 Team Leading
This programme will develop skills in
areas such as: developing yourself as a
Team Leader; running and monitoring
work; improving performance of your
work team
TRANSCEND
This is a 'sector led' leadership
programme. There are no taught
modules, self-managed teams will
deliver against a specific agenda
sponsored by a West Midlands Chief
Executive

managing teams, HR management,
change management and managing in
the public Sector
Steps to Leadership - Accelerate
This programme aims toprovide
practical tools to enhance your
