5 Kilometer Level I 18-Week Plan
Thank you for signing up for one of my training plans! If at any point, you wish to receive
extra support, please visit this form to check out my add on options.
Here is the link that will take you to the plan you purchased. The link will not let you edit
the form, but you can make a copy or download it in order to have your own unique
copy of the plan. I recommend making a copy as it is less likely you will lose formatting
with this route.
To make a copy:
● Click link above
● On the top left corner of the spreadsheet, click “File”
● Click “make a copy”
● This will give you a unique copy of the plan and the ability to edit and customize
your plan as much as desired
Here is some information to help you navigate the plan:
● First Tab: Training schedule and descriptions
● Second Tab: User guide to help you understand the training plan on the first tab
● Third Tab: More detailed description of perceived effort for the workouts on the
training plan
● Fourth Tab: Heart rate / intensity / pace field tests
● Fifth Tab: Strength and Dynamic Movements to include as supplemental work if
interested/applicable to your training
● Sixth Tab: Blank for notes, etc…
