It has been announced that on May 5, the people of Vietnam will be able to
witness a penumbral lunar eclipse, an astronomical event where the Moon will be
dimmed by the Earth's penumbral shadow. The next total lunar eclipse, commonly
known as a "blood moon," is expected to take place on March 13-14, 2025. However, on
May 5, 2023, people worldwide, except for those in the US, will have the opportunity to
view a lunar eclipse as the Earth interposes itself between the Moon and the Sun,
casting its shadow on the Moon, causing it to slightly dim.

As an ordinary student, I find it fascinating that we can witness a natural
