need to refresh their knowledge. The course will show delegates how
to plan, prepare and then carry out an audit before following up with
an audit report that gets results
This course is suitable for quality professionals who are working in
the aerospace industry but are unfamiliar with the AS9100
standard. It provides delegates with an overview of the history of the

Understand and successfully interpret the requirements of
AS9100:2016

Plan and conduct an AS9100:2016 Internal Audit based on ISO
19011

Use of effective opening and closing meetings to manage the
communication process during Internal Audits
Conduct Internal Audit interviews that generate audit
