Susie Neal is the Enterprise Director of Quality at Goodrich Corporation in
Charlotte North Carolina. She is responsible for Enterprise Quality
Management Systems and Supplier Quality.
Susie has over 20 years of experience developing and improving processes,
implementing management system software and management systems in the
chemicals and aerospace industries. She has expertise in creating business
solutions through application of CI tools/methods, including: Lean, Six Sigma,
ISO9000/AS9100, and project management.
Before working for Goodrich Susie was employed by Sun Chemical Corporation,
Zeneca and Proctor Silex.
Susie is a certified Quality Manager through American Society for Quality (ASQ
CQM), certified project manager, AS9100 AEA, Business Improvement Process
Auditor through RABQSA, a Six Sigma Black Belt and Lean Leader through
SunChemical. Susie is also the RMC and AAQG voting member for Goodrich
Corporation along with Chair of the Oversight Audits and alternate voting
member on the OPMT and the IAQG.
