PRELIMINARIES
The meeting started with a word of prayer from one of the members Wandia

1.NEW MEMBERS
All members present agreed that anyone who is interested in joining the group should do it before 11th
of April.
2.PAYMENT/RENUMERATION OF CONTRIBUTIONS
Four members agreed that it was unfair for members to receive the money as the number grows, this
will be unfair to the first group who received Ksh900 from six members, all members present agreed
that every member should get an equivalent of ksh900 until the maximum number of 10 is met.
3.FINES /MIISSING MEETINGS
All members agreed that meetings are important, so no one should miss three consecutive meeting as
this will attract a much higher penalty than the usual
4.GROUP NAME
Member’s present did not settle on any name but there were suggestions made which were;

5.MISSION AND VISSION
All members agreed that by the 7th of April every member should have an idea about the mission and
vision so that it can be discussed in the next meeting 11th April 2021 all suggestion to be made on our
WhatsApp group, and the mission and vision should be added to the WhatsApp about.
6.MEMBER REGISTRATION
All members after a thorough consultation agreed that we should have Four documents during
registration which are KRA pin, photocopy ID, and a filled registration form plus a passport photograph.
7.REGESTRATION FORM
Registration form designed by Simon sent to the WhatsApp group all members to go through it and give
feedback in the next meeting.
8.ACCOUNT OPENING
All members after a doing research and thorough consultation we decided K.C.B was our bank of choice,
and according to the registration of the group all members should have a K.C.B account.

The meeting of 11th April 2021 is compulsory because;
Election will be held
Last day of registration for new members
We will discuss the modalities of opening an account
CONCLUSION
The venue is Kirri university hotel a discussion on snacks to be on WhatsApp
