A is producing more protein than B. Darker stain is produced by Haematoxylin which binds
to nucleic acids and DNA/RNA
the smaller circular feature is an arteriole. Evident by thick surrounding epithelium. One at
bottom is vein. Red things inside are obviously red blood cells.

Abnormal thyroid: thicker epithelium due to greater cell proliferation stimulated by greater
TSH levels. Lumen contains less colloid due to overuse. Patient would experience
hyperthyroidism.
Hyperplasia of follicules
small dark purple stained structures: the nuclei of infiltrating immune cells.
