1. Is there one significant change that makes you particularly proud of being a student
in public administration? If yes, what would this be? Why does this change mean to
you?
The significant change that makes me really proud of is that on how the Public
Administration adopt the changes in its teaching and education system, that they do
adjust it for the students in order for them to continue their education throughout
this pandemic through online studying and through modular. This change mean to
me because I can continue to strive my studies and get a diploma soon.
2. Based on the required readings, how do you define change and change in
organization? What about change management? Explain your answers
Change is the way on how people adjust through phenomenon and change
organization is the way on how to adjust yourself through organization and change
management is on how you organize change and be efficient and effective. Change
is something to deal like you need to adjust and adopt the new cycle of
phenomenon wherein it needed to be guided by the change in organization and
change in management.
3. We all know that change is inevitable. Name some recent change/s you think is
happening right now? What do you think are the risk of not changing? Will you
support or not support the changes?
Change in the education system is one wherein the students are not allowed for the
face to face teaching so they needed to adjust though online and modular . the risk
of that is the possibility that the student really not learned upon it and not continue
to study due to lack of materials education materials and funds. I do support this
change because it can deal with a good challenge to the teaching positions and
students on how to strive and it can be a growth and a success to each and everyone
that can be used for the near future.
