We are pleased to present our proposal for your review. It is in reference with your Newspaper
advertisement. We have studied the tender and have quiet an understanding of your project requirements.
We would like to bring to your attention that for the past 5 years, we have been a registered supplier to the
Namibian celebrities and models. Our company has completed numerous business projects with great
satisfaction levels across multiple customers/clients.
Summary
Our company is one of the leading companies in fashion or clothing retailing. Established in 2016, the
company has grown from strength to strength and has a remarkable presence in the retail market. We sell
clothes, shoes, belts, briefcases, bags, jackets and gloves. Our footprint has grown to 13 regional markets
nationally, in the past years.
Purpose
As national market leaders, we have an extensive knowledge of the market. We deliver our products with
the finest quality, in short delivery time, with competitive prices. We specialize is customized product
making. We hand pick our products with uniform thickness and less imperfections, which assists us to
provide and sell a long lasting product. We would like to submit our proposal for the required items listed
below:

Timeline
Step 1: Acceptance of the Tender

Time duration: 1 week after the proposal acceptance
Step 3: Make changes if needed
Step 4: Placement of the order

Time duration: 4 weeks after approval

Payment
Upon signing the proposal, 30% of the total payment shall be deposited.
After the sample acceptance, 40% of the payment shall be made.
The remaining amount shall be deposited after the deliverance of the products.
Terms/Policies
The company reserves the right to cancel the contract for any reason beneficial to them, upon 30 days
written notice.
The terms and conditions of this proposal shall be governed by the laws of the Republic of Namibia.
We provide a 6 month warranty for all our products. If they lose their shape with wear and tear, we replace
them.
