EXECUTIVE SUMMARY
JRV Decors is a new company that will provide comprehensive interior
decorating services and advices to various clients in Hongkong, China. The company
will offer interior decorating services for homes. Our services will include on-site
consultations or advising, arranging furniture, creating eye pleasing colour scheme,
and choosing the fabrics and textile that are according to the chosen style of the
client. Interiors will also give clients access to products that would match their desired
style or theme. This service will include direct sourcing and purchasing of furniture,
decorator fabrics, and other accessories. With this, we will be able to help them in
choosing the furniture and decorations that will answer their need and capture their
style.
Most of the people that live in Hongkong are living in condominiums and the
life there is very fast paced.JRV Decors will have a portfolio that would include a wide
range of styles and themes to choose from. This is to help our clients having a hard
time deciding and don’t have ample amount of time in choosing the style that suits
them best. We will have various styles and themes to answer their need to create
more space in their homes. We will include themes like nature inspired ones and
would suggest furniture from the Philippines because they are known for their world
class nature inspired furniture. This will be perfect for those who want to relax after a
whole day of busy work. While we can suggest, our top priority is still their preferred
style.

Interiors will offer interior decorating services to clients that seek assistance in
decorating their homes. We want to deliver a superior customer service by exceeding
their expectations. We will have them included in every step of the decoration
process. The team will provide them the variety styles and themes that would cater to
their needs especially pertaining to relaxation and having adequate space while still
allowing them to choose freely their own desired style. We will help them in getting
the high quality and beautiful decorations and furniture and other the products that
project would entail.

in other mediums.

Offer a high quality service that would exceed the clients’ expectations.

COMPANY SUMMARY
JRV Decors offers interior decorating services to homes, primary residences or
vacation homes in Hongkong. The business’ experts in interior decorating will offer
consultation services and a portfolio containing different styles and themes to choose
from. This is to guide them in picking the right style that best fit them. With the
consent of the clients, we will also help them to get the furniture and decorations
appropriate for their desired style in order for us to create a complete service.
We will export the service to Hongkong which is known to have tall buildings and a
very fast paced lifestyle. We will be partnered with a lot of construction firm to be able
to get clients that would want our service. We will offer them great services that would
exceed their expectations and needs.

The set of owners will be James Honrales, John Vega and Gwen Reyes. They
are well experienced or experts in the area of interior decorating. They had
undergone numerous trainings and seminars to further their skills in interior
decorating. With their long experience, they created a number of portfolios that
include wide ranges of styles and themes. John Vega has a background in marketing
which will be useful in promoting our company. James Honrales is a former manager
in a designing firm which means that she has a superior skill in budgeting and
management. These skills will be useful in utilizing our resources.

JRV Decors will offer a complete interior decorating services to meet any
client's needs:
We will offer consultations that will be offered at the office or their homes. This
would make it very convenient especially for busy clients. The service will include
showing of portfolios containing a wide range of styles and themes to choose from to
give them options and help them to decide. We will have themes specially made to
address their common needs, relaxing and having adequate space. Our main
objective here is to come up with the concept that the client would want.
We will also incorporate technology in our services. The team will use these
new technologies to help them visualize the concept and the furniture and fixtures
that they can choose. We will have them to take a virtual tour to visualize more of
these concepts. We will also use designing software in making some of our themes in
the portfolio.
JRV decors willshow them book samples containing sample products that
would be needed for the project. This will eliminate the visiting time in several stores
making it a more hassle free service. We will also include direct sourcing and
purchasing of chosen furniture, decorator fabrics, and other accessories including
from the Philippines.
In every step of the service, we will involve and update our clients; and guide
them in selecting the right choices from choosing the theme up to the furniture and
decors.
