For secure, long-term combination use. (4002) QUICK-LOK ® mounting blocks are screwed onto the protective cap.
Welding helmets, faceshields, goggles, etc. are equipped with (4001) QUICK-LOK ® cups which can be securely mounted onto and removed from the cap – without tools.

Unlike competitive designs, which require reinforcing ribs, ridges and slots to perform adequately, Roughneck’s smooth crown design eliminates the risk of trapping a falling object, which can adversely affect the impact reduction capability of a protective cap. Its appealing design also increases wearer acceptance.

Eight load-bearing points balance and spread weight over a wide area for added comfort. If impacted, SuperEight’s suspension becomes an impact energy control system that reduces force by breaking it down into smaller increments and spreading it over a greater area.

Unlike ordinary caps, SuperEight ® sweatbands can be easily removed and cleaned, or replaced. Your choice of soft cotton jersey (FM69), terry cloth (44RT) or 360° vinyl-wrapped foam sweatband (S2FV).
