customers and increase loyalty
INSTITUTIONAL PROMOTION
• Activities and advertising that creates a positive image of a
company or product
• Product features and benefits are NOT used in this form of
promotion
• Examples:
• Holiday Budweiser commercial
• Sponsorship of charity events- Komen for the Cure
