Currently I am completing my senior year at Bucknell University where I am working towards a
bachelor of arts degree in English and Biology. It is my goal to pursue a career in marketing with
a leading pharmaceutical company.
This past summer I had the opportunity to work full-time for The Gap Stores, Inc. and found this
experience confirmed my interest in sales/marketing. I feel that I would best utilize my talents by
working for an organization which has a need for scientific knowledge and strong interpersonal
skills. The health care industry seems to match best with my skills and interests. When
discussing my career plans with a counselor in the University Career Development Center, it was
suggested to me that Lilly may offer the type of opportunity for which I am searching.
