Chairman Report and Remarks
The books you picked up are for you to use. They will be staying in my office.

Treasurer’s Report
Been working on initiatives from the executive branch. Starting “Steam” down stairs for
the Hub in the game room. Starting to work on improving fields by adding bleachers,
jerseys, etc. Request for Chick-Fil-A coming next committee meeting. Remember to
make best decisions for the benefit of the student body because a lot of requests will be
coming in.

Guest Speakers
Attorn. Gen. Turner- one page of the state statutes was passed out. This is what
establishes us and legally gives us our power. Read over, it is interesting and can learn
something from it.

SB 12 F 2624 - Sponsored by Monica Bowman
Billy Namen and Mike McGuire- flip in budget books to number 7 on page 2. This is
out of state statute and is what lets you have a fun balance. This bill lets you use the
money that was not spent before the deadline and that you did not budget for in the
next year’s budget.

The branding initiative, 14 banners were hung around the amphitheater.
