process to establish a five-year plan for the college.

The highly collaborative
planning process involved
gathering input from across
the college, including:
• Weekly steering committee
meetings (38 sessions for a
total of 96.5 hours)
• 20 college-wide forums and
discussion opportunities
• 2,500 online comments
considered
Adoption
The strategic plan was officially adopted in
November 2014 by the PCC Board of Directors.
Organization
The strategic plan is organized into six interconnected themes:
