MOTION: ADD FOLLOWING STATEMENT: A majority of those casting votes for or against shall carry a
motion TO Article 2, section F (Department meetings, voting) AND TO Article 7, Section E (Search &
Screen Committee, voting).
ENTER CLOSED SESSION FOR DISCUSSION OF PERSONNEL ISSUES
Reconsideration of the vote on a recommendation regarding the candidate for a tenure-track
Criminology position because the vote was tied and there was ambiguity/confusion on voting rules.

1. Vote about forwarding ranked recommendations on the three candidates for a tenure track position
in Race-Ethnicity (Grigsby replacement position).
