This assignment highlights your achievements at your co-op placement. It will be featured
throughout the school to promote and educate students, parents and staff about the
Co-operative Education program.
You will describe your duties and responsibilities, the skills developed (I.e. communication,
teamwork, technical skills, etc.), and three courses you would recommend a student to select to
take which would be a benefit to the placement.
Criteria
 You must include an “action shot” of you at your placement
 Your name, title, name of your work placement
 7 – 10 duties and responsibilities
 3 skills required (essential and technology skills – look at your OSP for assistance)
 3 courses you would recommend that relate to the career and the placement including the
grade level and stream (I.e. University, College, Workplace, etc.)
