SCOPE OF WORK:
Project Description
The proposed West Ramp at Charlotte-Douglas International Airport is an area approximately 38 acres, and eight
different rental car facilities are located within this area. The scope of work includes demolition of all structures

associated with the facilities. In total, the rental car facilities are composed of roughly 62,000 ft of primary

structure and 58,000 ft of parking canopies. Demolition of the structures will also include abatement of asbestos
at seven of the eight rental car facilities and removal of 12 underground storage tanks (UST’s), 5 above ground
storage tanks (AST’s) and 6 underground oil/water separators (OWS’s).
Bidders may obtain the complete Project Manual, including all plans, drawings, specifications and addenda (“Bid
Documents”) beginning Tuesday, October 20, 2015 after 12:00 noon est. from

the plan holders list held by Richa Graphics in order to receive any Bid Documents.
Pre-Bid Conference: Attendance at the Pre-Bid Conference is not mandatory, but is strongly encouraged. All
visitors to the CLT Center are required to show photo ID and obtain a visitor’s pass from the CLT Center front desk.
Please allow time for this procedure as the Pre-Bid Conference and Bid Opening times can NOT be changed for any
reason.
