Not very far Away Day
A chance for scholars interested in women
and gender from across the University of
Warwick to meet in an informal atmosphere
and find out about each other’s research
21st May, 10am – 1pm, Ramphal R0.12
Plus, come and meet the CSWG’s new Honorary Professor,
Cynthia Cockburn and discuss research collaborations.
Comments from attendees at previous NVFADs:

for an extremely engaging morning.”
“The Posters were brilliant!”
“I got to talk to people who I hadn’t met before and think
about common themes and interests.”
“I got to meet other people who are interested in my topic.”
Present your research as a poster
Whether you’re a faculty member or student,
if you are doing research with women or gender as a theme we would
like you to present your work in poster form to the NVFAD.
And, for those people who are unable to attend the NVFAD,
making a poster is a way of still participating.
More information about the NVFAD and about how to
make a poster is available at: www.go.warwick.ac.uk/NVFAD
Attendance at the NVFAD is free but you must book your place in advance by
contacting Jane Cooper (email j.p.cooper@warwick.ac.uk or phone ext. 24771)
