Thread two locknuts (F) to one end of stem (D).
Slide canopy (B) onto stem (D).
Thread fixture strap (A) onto stem (D).
If required, feed two #12 solid conductors from outlet box through stem (D).
Attach fixture strap (A) to outlet box.
Slide mounting bracket (G) into top of track with cover (E) above.
Slide mounting bracket (G) between two lock nuts (F) and tighten lock nuts (F).
Tighten set screw (H) to lock mounting bracket (G) into track.
Slide canopy (B) up to ceiling and tighten set screw (C) and place cover (E) in position.
Electrical feed may be made with conduit to the LA-8 Surface Conduit End Feed or LA-10 Top Access End Feed.
If required, feed electrical conductors across the top of the track to track electrical end or joint feed.
Install wireway cover (TA-4) in track to enclose electrical conductors.

• Wear rubber soled shoes and work on a sturdy wooden or non-conductive ladder.
• Product must be mounted in locations and at heights in compliance with National Electrical Code and local building codes.

• Do not exceed the nominal supply voltage or amperage ratings.
• Installing contrary to instructions may cause unsafe conditions.
• Warning: Risk of fire. Most dwellings built before 1985 have supply wire rated at 60°C. Consult a qualified electrician
before installation.
• Avoid hazards to children: account for all parts and properly dispose of all packing materials.
