Application for funds for training on

Social Science and the Arts & Humanities

Applications are invited for funding of up to £4000 to support innovative doctoral training activities focusing on the interface between Social Science and the Arts and Humanities. We plan to make at least five awards, and provided there is clearly identified Faculty support, doctoral and post-doctoral researchers may play a lead coordinating role in the programmes proposed.

Applications should: a) be explicit about their conception of the Social Science/Arts & Humanities interface b) detail their approach to training c) engage doctoral students and staff in more than one KCL, UCL or School of Advanced Study (UoL) department and/or

Faculty d) demonstrate that the plan is a significant development beyond existing activity e) show clear follow-on potential.
