I have adjusted the way that the course is assessed, applying a rubric to all written work in order
to assess the students’ answers in regard to specific humanities outcomes.

I have added on-line quizzes as an assessment tool, including an exit quiz that is designed to
assess humanities and multicultural outcomes.

I have increased the use of Blackboard for the class, giving my students access to my
presentations and other course materials.

I plan on adding a wiki component to the course to facilitate discussion among the students.

I also intend to make some other changes to increase student interaction and discussion of the
course materials.
