Mike Pasque moved to approved and Jeff Wilson seconded the motion, approved unanimously.

New Business
Forrester’s Ball – Hannah was contacted about negotiations. Proposed time is 5:15 pm at Charlie B’s on
Friday.
Spring Calendar – Hannah discussed the calendar for the spring semester and what everyone is assigned
to do.
Dean’s Breakfasts – Hannah will propose Tuesday or Thursday mornings to do these, once a month.
Jeff moved to adjourn the meeting and Ashlee Archer seconded, motion passed unanimously.
