Title: Production of a Rail Industry Standard (RIS) for 1500V and 750V DC overhead
line systems

 This proposal sought to create a new RIS with interface requirements for both 750V
and 1500V DC OHL systems. It will allow for standardisation between Tram Train and
the energy subsystem to allow for the interchangeability of vehicles and the free
movement of passengers and rolling stock.

DECIDE if the proposed GIGN7608 Issue 2 delivers the intention of the project;
