Objective
I recently came to Delhi with my partner, whose work required her to move here for a
period of two years. I am looking for work within my field in the Delhi area. Being versatile
and adaptable, I am available for a wide range of tasks provided they give me an opportunity
to gain further experience and preferably learn something completely new along the way.

Project management and software development. Very good at translating customer needs

Support management and establishing super user/end-user training programmes.
Large terminal services environments, both Citrix Xenapp and Microsoft RDS.
Virtualization using VMWare, Microsoft Hyper-V and Microsoft App-V.
SAN, NAS and DAS infrastructure, particularly Dell/EqualLogic, but also HP EVA, EMC,
NetApp and Nexsan storage systems.
Administration of large-scale Active Directory environments, up to ~35000 users and
~12500 computers.
Comprehensive knowledge of server hardware and server room infrastructure.

much of the IT infrastructure serving the educational sector in the country.
I am employed as a systems administrator with particular focus on terminal services,
virtualization, high-end storage systems and Microsoft SQL clusters and file server
clusters.
Chief responsibility for a 1000+ concurrent users Citrix Xenapp farm.
Member of USIT’s core teams on storage and virtualization.

Transportnett is a small software development company making logistics software. I
was hired to establish a customer support function within the company, as support
requests thus far had gone directly to the developers by phone.
After seeing the need for better educated users, I expanded into developing and
delivering end-user and super user training courses, giving between 60 and 80 on-site
courses across Norway over a period of 1 ½ years.

Lenco Software/Lenco Defence Systems was an Oslo-based software company
specializing in 3D GIS software. I managed various software development projects,
primarily involving software custom-built for the Norwegian Armed Forces.
