The VIPR Maintenance Cycle implements changes with the 6.1 Release.
BOILER PLATE LANGUAGE CHANGES:
1. E05 Exhibit D – DOL Wage Determination: The Wage Determination was replaced. It changed
from 95-0221 (Rev. 29) dated 6/22/2012 to 95-0221 (Rev. 32) dated 7/24/2013. Health and
Welfare changed from $3.71 an hour to $3.81 an hour.
2. B02 – Pricing and Estimated Quantity: Added section numbering "B.2" language in front of the

3. B03 – Basis of Award: Added section numbering "B.3" language in front of the section title.
Changes were made to breaks out the rest of the paragraph so that there is now sections for B.3
