Instructions: Fill out this form and return it by the beginning of class on September 9, 2014. This will count as a quiz grade.
The proposed method for returning papers to students is as follows: papers will be folded
in half, with the grades concealed. They will be organized by seat number so that they can
be passed down rows to the student. There is (small) possibility that another student might
see your grade in the process of passing the papers.
In order for you to receive your papers in this way, I must have a record of your agreement.
