The environmental officer in the sub-district found a wetland area on the site (please see the
aerial image at the end of the screening indicating where the wetland is situated),

No heritage artefacts on the site or next to the site, although there are Ungraded heritage
sites to the north and north-west (grey) of the site,

Since the site is within the 70dB noise contours of the airport, industrial development on the
site would be acceptable but not residential development,

The site is zoned General Industrial 1,
