Abstract— Human security is most important part in today’s world. Crime is growing day by day and girls are more affected with this Like
rape thief etc. As technology is increasing to capture them they also update themselves to change the way of crime. Sometime too many
crimes are happened but criminal person saved himself because of no evidence or less evidence. Like a rapist pick a girl and raped her
and same time he took mask on his face. In these type of cases criminal person saved and affected person have nothing to show.
Sometime criminal person gave some medicine with this lost one day memory that what happen to him at that time the affected person did
not do anything if no other evidence found.
In other side technology is growing day by day like phone in today’s life mobile is used by every person
he or she can forget food but phone cant mobile phone is like a compulsory thing to people life then what if that mobile save the person
when he is in trouble like I explain before. If some rapist picks a girl and her phone calls nearby police station her parents and near by
friends and told the situation itself as well as record all the conversation for evidence itself. When mobile is every where then why not we
made like this type of application that idea come to me from this.

1 INTRODUCTION
T
HIS is A new concept of human security with his own phone .These
days most of the people have smart phones and the mobile network
is a best way to communicate with anybody. When our life depends
on mobile technology then why not human security in this? I think this is
not complete smart phone. Smart means every work done smartly. Then
where is human security in this? If they have the smart phones. And what
is this smart phone technology do when his owner is in trouble .Just wait
for interface. That’s not a complete smart phone. Let’s start to make actual
smart phone with HSWHOP technology. Who should not just wait for
interface while trouble occur it should be executed smartly. And reduce
current going crime rate as well. This software will do lost

not need to changes in any hardware we will just create software who
works all of this.

Active Voice reorganization (AVR)
This is a technique in which voice is recorded into a wave form and saves
into the device in the format of machine language (binary form).
In AVR technique all the prerecorded voice data is compared with new
voice data with the voice converter and comparison technique. For
example (If a person says hello device recognizes the word “HELLO”
from the library where it meaning is predefines).

2.1 Working of the HSWOP
In this first it recognize voice with Voice recognize or speech recognize
process and after done this process. if program find out trouble. It goes to
the next process if not it exit here.
If program find out that the person is in trouble it active the
GPS first then generate the location address of where the device is and put
it into the text box and same time one more process will be executed that
will search the helpline numbers by source to destination format source is
where the device is run and in destination nearby police station hospital

2.3 Working process in brief
Budget
Firstly user install this application on his device after that
he/she record some keyword like active call for support and
then click next the main feature of this application is this
application only active same voice.
Depend upon android and iphone developer I will
explain every point to them. They just program it.
Whenever person is in trouble he or she just need to speak
the words which he/she record firstly. This application active
at same time without interrupting the device by user and
phone call itself 3 time if user did not say deactivate code it
will go further step as follow
Steps

User predefine words for activation and deactivation
Code and some friend’s contacts parents and user
trustable contact numbers
Process step

Compare the voice to predefine voice

Device calls itself if user did not say the code word of
deactivation of the process. Than it generate the
location ID

Location ID has the address of from where the user is
Throw location Match parameters in this process it
only take the text form of the lactation address and put
it in to ID

At same time it locates nearby police station address by
using GPS searching technique. Itself and nearby
friends address and put it into new ID

And find the contact numbers of predefine parents
friends and others numbers.

Now the device sends the location address as well as
help message to the contacts found by of application
