2012 Domestic and International
Summer Language Programs
Note: You must be studying at the Intermediate level or above to travel abroad with FLAS funding
These programs have been approved by the Department of Education in the past, however, program changes
mean they are not guaranteed approval in any given year. Some programs have received better reviews from
students than others- please consult with the FLAS coordinator if you have questions about this. Some programs
work with students to finalize program details so course start dates/contact hours can be based on your needs. In
that case you will need to work with the program directly. This is not a complete list of possible programs. You
are welcome and encouraged to find other programs which meet your needs and which meet FLAS requirements.
