to give an European dimension for regional start ups and spin offs
The way to reach the objective :

A clear definition of the objective between the Bics’ directors and the project
managers’ team responsable for the work :
seminars to clarify the goals, metaplan approach

Regional screening, with direct contact in research centers,
to encourage in an European approach
