Goals
The goal for today is to remind you of school procedures and update you on new ones.
We will also get out of our comfort zone with some team building games

Ghost
There will be one ghost. Everyone else will be sleeping.
The ghost will try to get you while you're sleeping. If you say "Ghost" before he touches you,
you are safe.
Circle-up
Move desks into a circle facing in.
Move unused desks to the walls of the room

We now have 6 periods a day. This means classes are shorter.
1st block: 8:25 - 9:30
2nd block: 9:33 - 10:35
3rd block: 10:38 - 11:40
Lunches: 12:05 - 12:30
4th block: 12:30 - 1:35
5th block: 1:38 - 2:41
6th block: 2:44 - 3:45
Classroom Procedures
Show up on time
Use language appropriate to discussion
Be an active and engaged member of class
Attending skills + adult mode = Better class
Dismissal from Class
Mr. Mau will get the class’ attention.
Wrap-up tasks will be given at this time.
Complete your wrap-up tasks
Sit at your desk and wait quietly for process points.

LOSS OF BREAK
Loss of break will occur as a result of not producing quality work. You may use break time to
complete missed or incomplete work.

Fire: Straight to the pavilion
Severe Weather: Line up against the wall in the hall
Lock Down: Away from window, against the wall
Clear the room: Go out into the hall to the right away from other classrooms
