Let’s try Web of Science
Graphene-metal nanocomposite as electrocatalysts for
energy conversion reactions
1. Identify the keywords in your topic
Graphene-metal nanocomposite as electrocatalysts for energy
conversion reactions
2. Find the synonyms of the keyword
Nanocomposite, nanoparticle
3. Look for different variations of the keyword e.g. Electrocataly*
electrocatalysis, electrocatalysts, electrocatalyst, electrocatalytic
X
Electro*
Electrolyte
Electronics
Go to Web of Science
4. Use Boolean operators
AND – Use to find records containing all terms separated by the operator
OR - Use to find records containing any of the terms separated by the
operator
5. Construct the search statement
(Graphene* AND metal* AND (nanocomposite* OR nanoparticle*)
AND electrocataly*)
Go to Web of Science
