Introduction:
Sanders Brothers Electric, Inc. was founded in 1994 as Sanders Electric, and with the addition of partners in 1995, the
name was changed to Sanders Brothers Electric, Inc.
Structure:
Sanders Brothers Electric, Inc. is a tightly held corporation with three stockholders to which all play a major role in our daily
operations. With a staff of one estimators, One Electrical Construction Manager, three Project Managers one Purchasing/Tracking
Agent, one CFO/Office Manager, one Accounts Payable Clerk, one Administrative Assistant/Receptionist, one Warehouse Man, and a
total staff of 50 to 110 (varying with workload).
We specialize in Commercial, Industrial, Fire Alarm, Health Care Facilities, Industrial Controls and Building HVAC Controls. We
perform as Prime Contractor to State, City, County, U. S. Government and Private Enterprise. We perform as Subcontractor to
General Contractors and to Subcontractors. Sanders Brothers Electric takes pride in each project that we have the opportunity to
participate in.

Pensacola, FL. Which features convenient access to the Pensacola Gulf Coast Regional Airport. The 127 room Hyatt
Place hotel is physically connected to the Airport. Hyatt Place brings the authentic hospitality for which Hyatt is known

General Scope of Construction Project:
Sanders Brothers Electric, Inc. is the Electrical Contractor on this 152-room Holiday Inn Resort Hotel Destin West,
Fort Walton Beach, FL. which features 16 family suites with kids rooms and gaming systems, supervised children’s
programs, and an arcade. The Hotel lobby and Gulf front room balconies will offer expansive views of the emerald
waters of the Gulf of Mexico. The hotel will also offer a Gulf front swimming pool outfitted with a lazy river and tiki
bar as well as 2500 sq ft of meeting space. As the Electrical Contractor, the Sanders Brothers Electric team is working
closely with the General Contractor dck North America, LLC. in the construction of this facility.

Brothers Electric team is working closely with the General Contractor Case Construction, LLC. in the construction of
this facility.

Sanders Brothers Electric, Inc. was the Electrical Contractor on this 190,214 sq. ft. 160-room Hampton Inn & Suites
Orange Beach, AL which features 118 gulf front rooms, an expansive lobby, a breakfast buffet and outdoor bar. The
First floor features over 4,000 square-feet of meeting space, overlooking the pool and deck and the Gulf of Mexico.
The second floor features a unique fitness center with a spectacular view of the ocean. The pool area includes an
indoor/outdoor pool and hot tub. As the Electrical Contractor, the Sanders Brothers Electric team worked closely with
the General Contractor Robins & Morton Group in the construction of this facility.

General Scope of Construction Project:
Sanders Brothers Electric, Inc. was the Electrical Contractor on this 156,218 sq. ft. 206-room Holiday Inn Resort on
Pensacola Beach which features 126 gulf front rooms, an expansive lobby, a restaurant, and outdoor dining patio. The
second floor features over 10,000 square-feet of meeting space, including a large 3,000 square-foot balcony
overlooking the pool deck and the Gulf of Mexico. The second floor also features a unique fitness center with a
spectacular view of the ocean. The pool area includes a lazy river, waterfall, splash pad, pool bar, and hot tubs. As the
Electrical Contractor, the Sanders Brothers Electric team worked closely with the General Contractor Robins & Morton
Group in the construction of this facility.

Sanders Brothers Electric, Inc. was the Electrical Contractor on this 95,000 sq. ft. Medical Office and Cancer
Treatment Spaces. As the Electrical Contractor, the Sanders Brothers Electric team worked closely with the General
Contractor Greenhut Construction in the Design/Build of this facility. The new building is focused on the patient
experience as well as operational efficiencies for medical staff and visitors. The ground floor has a large lobby, two
linear accelerator vaults for radiation treatment, a CT scan room, and other medical spaces designed for cancer
treatment. The second floor is comprised of medical treatment rooms, a large waiting area that overlooks the first floor
lobby and a large infusion room for treatment of up to 38 people at one time. The third floor consists mostly of medical
offices and conference rooms. The fourth floor is for physician suites. This building adjoins and compliments the
adjacent Airport Medical Park facility.

General Scope of Construction Project:
Sanders Brothers Electric, Inc. was the Electrical Contractor on this 24,000 sq. ft. facility. As the Electrical Contractor,
the Sanders Brothers Electric team worked closely with the General Contractor Greenhut Construction in the
construction of this facility. The Birthing Center includes four labor and delivery suites, six postpartum rooms and two
C-section surgical suites.

Sacred Heart on the Gulf
Port St. Joe, FL.
General Scope of Construction Project:
Sanders Brothers Electric, Inc. was the Electrical Contractor on this 55,000 sq. ft. 19-Bed Hospital for Sacred Heart
Health Systems. As the Electrical Contractor, the Sanders Brothers Electric team worked closely with the General
Contractor Greenhut Construction in the construction of this facility. The new building is focused on the patient
experience as well as operational efficiencies for medical staff and visitors. In addition to the 19 patient rooms, the
facility includes two Trauma Resuscitation Rooms, and Operating Room, four Post Recover Acute Care Units, CT
Scanner, X-Ray, Fluoroscopy, and lab and Pharmacy spaces. The hospital also includes a full service cafeteria and
kitchen with commercial-grade appliances. In addition to the 55,000 sq. ft. hospital, this project also includes a 5,000
sq. ft. Central Energy Plant on site.

General Scope of Construction Project:
Sanders Brothers Electric, Inc. was the Electrical Contractor on this 94,000 sq. ft. facility. As the Electrical Contractor,
the Sanders Brothers Electric team worked closely with the General Contractor Greenhut Construction in the
construction of this facility. Among the building’s features are classrooms designed for a global, technological society,
with prototype robot fabrication and testing laboratories, laser and nano technology labs, the world’s largest 3D virtual
reality simulator or “Holodeck”, and a glass-clad four-story Atrium that will place science on public display. The south
stairwell was designed to receive photovoltaic glass panels which will produce 3,906 watts to power a robot that will
give tours on the facility.
