Objectives
SOL 2.16: The student will tell and write time to the quarter hour,
using analog and digital clocks.
Review the first grade SOL of telling time to the
hour and half hour using analog and digital clocks.
Review hour and minute hands.
Discuss time related vocabulary and concepts.
Review how many minutes are in an hour.
Discuss that there are 30 minutes in a half hour.
Discuss that each quarter of an hour has 15
minutes.
Practice counting by fives.
