We started our activity by
watching a fun video about
Ancient Egypt. The tropical
animals in the video talked about
many aspects of this fascinating
civilization.
While watching the
video, the children
had to fill in the
blanks with the
appropriate
information.

PROJECT
ANCIENT EGYPTIAN FASHION
The aim of this project was for
students to improve their
vocabulary and to learn many
new words related to Ancient
Egyptian Fashion.
This is what we did:
•
We traced the drawing of the
character and transferred it
onto drawing paper.
•
We designed the
appropriate garments and
accessories for our
character.
•
We labeled the garments
and the accessories with
the suitable word in
English.

The acting game: Students are assigned a role: Parahoh, God, Scribe,
River Nile, Pyramid, ect. In turns, they stand up and explain to the group
what their main characteristics are.

fertilized my
banks.
I’m the Pharaoh ,
the most
powerful ruler in
Egypt.

palace, our paper dolls
enjoy themselves while
showing off their
gorgeous clothes and
accessories.
