The partner teachers listen in and jot down notes, possible clarifying questions or questions that might promote further thinking. Step 2: Clarifying Questions (3 min) Partner teachers have 2-3 minutes to ask clarifying questions. The presenting teacher responds succinctly. 12 Consultancy Step 3: Reflection and Analysis (4 min) The partner teachers have a “fishbowl” conversation among themselves discussing what they heard.
