Client Name meets all criteria set forth in the 2016 NCC Web Page design project statement as of
November 14, 2015. Client Name is a non-profit organization that ……………… (I.e. helps
facilitate the learning environment of School district #xx located in Somewhere Colorado). Client
Name members are in need of a web presence to extend its reach to its target audience and to
keep its members abreast of current news and issues or an update to a current web-site in need
of remediation or replacement.
Terms shall be until the agreed upon web presence work is completed in the time frame
specified.
The Contract and Team Charter Statements are due to the Competition Coordinator by
November 14, 2015. The Analysis Phase is to be completed and submitted to the Competition
Coordinator by November 14, 2015. The Design Phase is to be completed and submitted to the
Competition Coordinator by TBD. Final construction and URL is to be submitted to the
Competition Coordinator by TBD, and the User Documentation and Technical Manual are due by
TBD.
AITP Student Chapter and Client Name acknowledge that the services rendered under this
Agreement are the works of the AITP Student Chapter members and that AITP Student Chapter
retains no liability for the performance of said student organization. It is expressly understood that
this undertaking is for the 2014 AITP National Collegiate Conference being held in Chicago in
April 2015.
The AITP Student chapter, represented by the Chapter President (student name) and Vice
President (student name) agree to design, build and install an informational website for Client
Name according to agreed upon specifications formalized in the analysis phase of the project.
The site will be housed on a server selected by Client Name from a list provided by the web page
development team. Client Name will be responsible for any and all financial responsibilities
incurred as a result of such host selection as well as all site maintenance past the competition
date. (Student name) and/or (student name) agree to provide training for members of Client
Name upon the sites completion.
Client Name is solely responsible for supplying website content as stated in the agreed upon
specifications in the Analysis phase. All text and graphics necessary to complete the work are to
be received by (student name) and/or (student name) no later than January 15, 2016 to facilitate
final construction.
Student Members and Client Name agree that all rights to the design team’s work product
produced in the performance of this agreement shall be transferred to and retained as exclusive
property by Client Name upon completion of the competition April 12, 2016.
There will be five required signoff’s needed for this project, the initial signoff on the contract itself,
and a signoff after each of the phase of the project are completed. Please make sure all parties
sign off each part when completed and ready to turn into the judges.
