Provide professional oversight of all HBI benefit programs, including
group insurance plans, retirement plans and miscellaneous employee programs

Responsible for day-to-day administration of insured (and self-insured) HBI

Create and maintain comprehensive and regular reporting systems and audits to
ensure cost containment, accuracy of plan administration, and maximum operating
efficiency of all benefits-related programs

Conduct benefits orientation, open enrollment meetings and other benefits related
meetings as needed
•
Maintain benefits records and plan documents as necessary for implementing and
maintaining benefits coverage. Ensure ERISA compliance to include timely filing of
Forms 5500 and SARS, administration of COBRA, HIPAA and laws related to 401K
•
Counsel and respond to supervisors and employees on benefit matters
•
Develop employee benefits communications tools, utilize timely, effective and
innovative communication vehicles that maximize employee understanding, personal
involvement and responsibility

Directly supervise Benefits Coordinator and represent HBI as chief benefits

Summary
Provides support to Lenders by coordinating activity in support of credit approval

Provide account information to customers or other organizations, including

Process participation payments and agreements.
Meets the Bank’s customer service standards.
Completes other duties as requested.

Introduction
The technical services analyst (TSA) is responsible for the Company’s technical grade
projects that span a variety of industry standard and custom Electronic Discovery
toolsets.
The TSA will be responsible for tasks that include data discovery, processing, loading,
