This individual will provide robust leadership to the Marketing Tea’m and partner with Sales to ensure meaningful short and long term strategies to maximize revenue. From setting strategy, to leading a team, to setting long-term plans, to rolling up your sleeves and just making things happen - our SVP of Marketing will drive all aspects of growth, brand awareness, and revenue. MAJOR DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES Management of entire marketing team P&L. Drive the creation of a robust marketing plan to drive revenue and brand awareness. Manage, coach, and build a high-performing marketing team. Create & translate strategic marketing plan into actionable quarterly/annual targets and initiatives. Collaborate closely with Executives and the team at large to drive towards company-wide goals Work with company founders and marketing team on new product development. Oversee website development and maintenance, relationship with ecommerce vendor, corporate communications, events/demos and all other marketing initiatives. Work with Sales Team and outside brokerage network to drive the marketing initiatives to trade. Present Numi marketing strategies, mission and vision in all classes of trade. Establish clear initiatives and goals to drive consumer awareness and drive velocity. MINIMUM KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES REQUIRED TO SUCCESSFULLY PERFORM MAJOR DUTIES/RESPONSIBLITIES 15+ years in marketing for a natural products or CPG company. 10+ years as Head of Marketing. Proven track record of generating growth through marketing programs. Ability to communicate marketing objectives with senior executives including strategy, analytics, and ROI. Experienced manager skilled at coaching employees toward exceptional work and growth. Analytical with extensive experience analyzing and setting strategy using industry data. Strong forecast/ budget experience. Has led successful branding campaigns E-commerce experience – grown online sales with prior brands. Breadth of experience with social media & other online platforms to grow brand awareness and loyalty. Created and grown loyalty programs. Demonstrated success with Brand awareness and increased pull on retail shelves. Strong LOHAS consumer grasp and multi-channel trade marketing KEY PERSONAL AND PROFESSIONAL CHARACTERISTICS Must be able to work in a fast-paced, flexible small company environment.
