 RCFE (150,000 sq ft)
 Buhler Building (33,488 sq ft)
 AnX (39,900 sq ft)
 The Asper Centre for the Theatre & Film (33,200 sq ft)
• reductions include:
 Massey Building (27,500 sq ft)
 William Norrie Centre (7,680 sq ft)
 520 Portage Ave (21,700 sq ft)
• UW Sq ft per student 132 sq ft in 2012 is still
amongst the lowest in the country
Capital
• Net increase in operating expenses is
estimated at $150,000 annually,
however
• The increased space has allowed ELP
and the Collegiate to increase their
annual contributions to the
University from $1.6 million in 2006
to $2.1 million in 2011.
