What format will you need and who will need to buy in? • Don’t underestimate the interest it will generate Immediate actions from today... 1. Advocacy and persuasion, gain senior level support (example) 2. Visioning and scoping session – essential to gain buy in across College 3. Establish cross-College working group and set dates for meetings 4. Agree production timetable and stick to it! 5.
